• Integration into a professional team reporting to the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager, or Supervisor.

• Client service: Ensure excellent service throughout all stages of the sale and create personalized experiences tailored to client needs.
• Styling advice: Offer styling recommendations and promote complete looks aligned with client preferences.
• Sales and targets: Achieve individual targets, identify business opportunities, and support closing sales.
• Clienteling and loyalty: Build long-term relationships through personalized follow-up and CRM activities.
• Product knowledge: Communicate product features and brand values through storytelling and stay updated on trends and competition.
• Store standards: Keep the sales floor well-maintained, organized, and aligned with company guidelines.
• Visual merchandising: Support product presentation, replenishment, and visibility across all categories.
• Teamwork: Collaborate to achieve goals, participate in training, and share best practices.
• Store operations: Manage stock, replenishment, inventories, returns, and after-sales requests in compliance with policies and procedures.

• Fluency in English and Spanish (ESSENTIAL); other languages are a strong asset.
