The role
STEF, a specialist in Transport and Logistics activities, is looking for a Fleet Manager with a Trailer license for its Alcalá branch.
This is a position in which you will have to manage and supervise the truck fleet and organize and assist drivers in their day-to-day activities.
What you'll do
- Planning and monitoring of operations.
- Promote the use of driver tools (M-Track, Check-Truck)
- Accompany, assist, and supervise drivers.
- Welcome and train new hires.
- Supervise the fleet (monitoring of resources, cleaning, maintenance, consumption...).
- Responsible for taking the trucks to the workshops and reviewing invoices.
