What we're looking for

Valuable Vocational Training (Middle/Higher Grade) in logistics, transport, or administration.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook,...)
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position managing teams, ideally in the logistics field (retail, industry, or business services sectors).
Availability to work different shifts (morning and afternoon)
Previous experience managing and leading teams
A person accustomed to working with indicators and results-oriented, Collaboration/Team Spirit, Initiative, and rigor.

STEF M-50 (San Agustín de Guadalix) is looking for a Team Leader M/F for the logistics team. This is an operational management position in the logistics area, in which you will have to manage a team of people with the objective of knowing, monitoring, and communicating objectives, as well as identifying and developing the competencies of the collaborators.

What you'll do

Plan, distribute, and follow up on the tasks of the team in charge, based on schedules and the needs of the moment.
Management of daily operations (loading and unloading, priorities, load assignments, location, labeling, stock control...)
Carry out the maintenance of the organization, order, and cleanliness of the work area.
Preparing shift schedules for subsequent validation by the supervisor.
Ensuring proper integration (welcome, training, support) of new team members.
Reporting all activity indicators and proposing areas for improvement.
Knowledge, application, and communication of current operating procedures
Knowledge, monitoring, fulfillment, and communication of objectives through the corresponding indicators
