The role

Join STEF Madrid as a Maintenance Coordinator and be a key piece in guaranteeing the optimal operating condition of the facility.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate a technical team to guarantee general maintenance service at the facilities.
  • Implementation and control of the predictive, preventive, and corrective Maintenance Plan.
  • Management of subcontractors to guarantee compliance regarding refrigeration, high voltage, legionella, pest control, occupational health and safety (OHS), and new works management.
  • Compliance with legal maintenance and technical regulations: monitoring of fees and discharges.
  • Optimization of the handling fleet.
  • Supervision of the operation of fire protection and security systems.
  • Ensure development in terms of Occupational Risk Prevention.

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Training: Technical Industrial Engineering/ Higher Vocational Training in electrotechnics, electromechanics.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in industrial/logistics facility management.
