What you'll do

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team in the development of the individual educational program.

  • Promote and encourage hygienic, dietary, health, and study habits.

  • Promote and encourage the adolescent's participation in the service's group activities and dynamics and provide support for those carried out within the educational project.

  • Establish affective and trust-based bonds with the adolescent effectively to favor their growth.

  • Detect and prevent needs and risk behaviors, as well as intervene in conflict situations.

  • Accompany the adolescent in managing accessibility to training in different school and educational stages, as well as in the search for resources and labor insertion.

How you'll work

  • Vacant with continuity - initial contract of 3 months, renewable.

  • Working day: 38.5h/week.
