The role

We are looking for a Social Educator to join the autonomy flat for young people aged 16 to 18.

What you'll do

  • Work on the adolescent's affective deficiencies in order to help them acquire a new emotional balance.

  • Inform the young person about the operation and regulations of the flat.

  • Motivate the young person to carry out activities that favor their maturational development.

  • Foster the integration and coexistence of the young person within the group.

  • Know and comply with all the requirements of current regulations (Data Protection Law (LPDGDD), occupational risks, food handling, environmental regulations,...).

How you'll work

  • Permanent position.

  • Working hours: 38 hours/week.

  • Schedule: Afternoons and weekends.
