What you'll do
Relationship with families: Welcoming, information, and adjustment of expectations. Involvement in the educational plan, support for parenting skills, and detection of risk situations. Coordination with social and educational services.
Relationship with children and adolescents: Preparation and monitoring of the Individual Educational Project (PEI). Accompaniment in global and emotional development, support in habits, and conflict management. Application of protection protocols.
Teamwork: Planning and evaluation of the educational programming. Active participation in meetings, decision-making, and supervision. Shared community focus.
Relationship with the institution: Monitoring of institutional values, protocols, and guidelines. Participation in training and institutional spaces.
Relationship with the community: Promoting family participation in community networks and actions. Coordination with social and educational agents in the territory.
Training and research: Participation in training activities, supervision of students on internships, and collaboration in research processes and pedagogical supervision.
Management of a group of children: Co-management with the educational partner. Accompaniment and monitoring of the group, promoting its socio-educational development.
How you'll work
Temporary replacement contract.
Working hours: 38 hours/week.
Schedule: Monday to Friday.
Mondays and Wednesdays from 10h to 20h.
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 13h to 20h.
Fridays from 16h to 20h.
