What you'll do
🤝 Reception and accompaniment: facilitate the adaptation of users and offer support during their stay process at the service.
🌱 Educational and socio-educational monitoring: promote the personal and social development and the autonomy of the people being assisted.
🤜🤛 Coordination and networking: collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and with external resources to guarantee comprehensive intervention.
📝 Registration and documentation: keep intervention reports and records updated according to established protocols.
⚖️ Intervention and conflict management: prevent, mediate, and resolve conflict situations, favoring coexistence.
🧭 Guidance and reintegration support: facilitate social integration processes and preparation for autonomy and community life.
How you'll work
Temporary replacement contract.
Working hours: 38 hours/week.
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays in the morning shift and Tuesdays in the afternoon shift).
