- Experience as a bicycle mechanic (workshop, shop, or technical service): this will allow you to resolve incidents with ease and autonomy from day one.

• Technical training in mechanics or electromechanics: this will give you the necessary foundation to handle specialized tools with precision. Knowledge of electric bicycles (Bosch, Shimano Steps, Yamaha, Brose, Bafang motors...) and conventional ones.
• An organized, meticulous person with good diagnostic capacity.
• Real passion for the bicycle and a desire to be part of a private label project.
• You have a B driving license.

General bicycle mechanics, component assembly, fault diagnosis, maintenance of transmissions and brakes, and handling of specialized workshop tools.

And you will score points if:

• You are used to working with high-end components: this will allow you to offer specialized service on racing or electric bicycles.
• You have specific certifications or courses in e-bikes (Bosch, Shimano, Yamaha, Specialized, Trek, etc.).
• You have intermediate-advanced knowledge of suspensions (RockShox, Fox, Manitou...).
• You have experience in hydraulic brakes and high-end transmissions (12-13v).
• You have previously worked for manufacturers or an official brand technical service.

Your mission will be to guarantee maximum quality and safety in every assembly and repair, ensuring that every customer receives an impeccable machine.

- You will perform the complete assembly of new bicycles, taking care of every technical detail. Diagnosis and repair of electric bicycles (motors, batteries, controllers, wiring, sensors, displays) and conventional bicycles (transmission, brakes, suspensions, wheels, geometry...)

• You will execute preventive and corrective maintenance to optimize component performance. Assembly, tuning, and quality control of new bicycles before shipping.
• You will diagnose faults and solve complex mechanical problems with efficiency. Carrying out technical inspections and preventive maintenance according to manufacturer protocols.
• You will manage the workshop workflow to meet delivery times and quality standards. Maintenance of order, cleanliness, and workshop organization.
