Requirements
What we're looking for
- Training in maintenance, electromechanics, electricity, automation, or similar.
- Experience in industrial maintenance (valuable in the food sector).
- We will value both profiles with experience in general maintenance and profiles with more recent technical training oriented towards automation or industrial machinery.
- Knowledge of food safety and OSH.
- Forklift license is a plus.
- Proactive, results-oriented profile with the ability to work in a team.
Preventive and corrective maintenance, industrial electricity, basic mechanics, and safety regulations in industrial installations.

The role
At SYNERGIE, we are looking to recruit two Maintenance Operator profiles for an important company in the food sector, belonging to a large business group, with work centers in Campañó (Pontevedra) and Cambados.
The selected candidates will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and installations, ensuring the proper functioning of the plants.
Depending on the work center and technical level, you will participate in both general plant maintenance tasks and the management and adjustment of more advanced industrial machinery in recently commissioned environments
What you'll do
- - Machinery and facility maintenance.
- Control of systems (temperatures, water, gases, waste, etc.).
- Supervision of equipment (boilers, condensers, etc.).
- Management of preventive maintenance through internal software.
- Compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.
- Stock control of consumables and spare parts.
- Collaboration with other departments (production, quality, shipping).
