Accounting and Tax Technician

• Advanced vocational training in Administration and Finance, a degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Finance and Accounting, or equivalent university qualifications.
• Solid foundation in general accounting and tax knowledge.
• Experience in accounting management and tax preparation/review.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with management tools.
• An organized, rigorous, analytical person with initiative.

What will your day-to-day look like?

You will join the financial department, taking part in the company's accounting and tax management and contributing to the improvement of internal processes.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Manage and oversee general accounting.
• Posting and reviewing invoices, bank transactions, collections, payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Participate in monthly and annual accounting closes.
• Preparing and managing tax obligations and filings.
• Coordinating information with tax advisors, auditors, and other collaborators.
• Monitoring treasury and assisting in the preparation of financial reports for management.
• Analyzing and proposing improvements to administrative, accounting, and financial processes.

General accounting, tax management (VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Personal Income Tax), bank reconciliations, accounting close processes, and use of management software/ERP.
