The role

Do you have experience in accounting and are you looking for a stable project where you can continue developing your professional career? This could be your opportunity!

A consolidated company in the logistics sector needs to hire an Accountant to strengthen its administrative-financial department.

What you'll do

Full management of the company's accounting.

Preparing accounting entries.

Recording and posting invoices and accounting transactions.

Bank reconciliations.

Preparation and execution of periodic accounting closings.

Preparation and follow-up of the documentation required for tax filing through the external management firm.

Document and administrative management.

Management of CAE platforms (Coordination of Business Activities).

Filing and control of documentation.

Support with the department's own administrative tasks.

How you'll work

Full-time.

Working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 13:30 and 15:00 to 17:00, with the possibility of agreeing on some schedule flexibility.

Requirements

Training in Administration and Finance, Accounting or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience performing accounting duties.

Experience managing the full accounting of companies.

Experience preparing accounting entries, bank reconciliations and accounting closings.

Experience preparing tax documentation and liaising with external management firms is a plus.

Proficiency in computer tools and the Office suite.

Experience with the Contasol program is a plus.

Fluent level of Spanish and Catalan.

An organized, responsible, resourceful person with the ability to work independently.

Availability for immediate incorporation.

Availability to commute to the workplace.
