Salary: €24,000 gross per year, negotiable depending on the candidate's merit
Duration: 6 months via ETT + incorporation into the permanent staff with an indefinite contract

The role

An important company in the industrial sector is looking to hire a Procurement Technician to join a consolidated team and participate actively in the integral management of purchasing, stock, and warehouse.

Location: Mar de Cristal (Madrid)

What you'll do

Integral management and control of the warehouse.
Receiving and checking orders.
Preparation and delivery of material to technicians.
Order management for the sale of spare parts.
Rigorous control and permanent updating of available stock.
Execution and follow-up of purchases to guarantee the supply of materials and meet internal needs.
Use of Excel and the management ERP (A3RP) for the administration of offers, orders, delivery notes, invoices, and associated documentation.
Participation in material receptions at client facilities and worksites: unloading, unpacking, identification, and location of goods.

Requirements

Vocational Training in Electricity – Electronics.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar functions, preferably in industrial environments.
Experience in the spare parts, maintenance, or hospitality sectors is valued.
A good level of English is valued.
Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of warehouse management is essential.
Experience working with ERP management systems.
Organized, methodical person with an orientation toward detail.

Purchasing management, inventory control, negotiation with suppliers, ERP handling, and material requirements planning (MRP).
