What you'll get
- Working day: 5 hours daily, with flexible hours in coordination with the team and academic availability.
- Duration: Full academic year.
- Paid internship: 600€ (25h per week)
The role
We are looking for a final-year student (Bachelor's or Master's) to join us for an internship via a university agreement at the Carmona seed production plant, working in collaboration with the Planning team.
Are you interested in understanding how planning is transformed into real operations? This internship will allow you to see from the inside how a Planning team operates in a seed production plant, collaborating with expert professionals and participating in a project with a tangible impact.
Your challenge will be to help convert the team's operational knowledge into clear, accessible, and easy-to-replicate processes.
The final project will consist of developing an operational manual for the Planning area: a practical and visual guide that brings together key processes, work instructions, tools, access, and points of contact necessary to facilitate collaboration and knowledge continuity within the team.
What you'll do
Accompany the various members of the Planning team to understand their tasks, responsibilities, and routines.
Identify, map, and document processes that are currently not formalized or have limited documentation.
Develop clear, structured, and practical work instructions for each position or activity.
Organize and standardize documentation so that it is intuitive, updatable, and easy to consult.
Analyze processes from a continuous improvement perspective, proposing opportunities for simplification, standardization, or efficiency.
Required profile
- Final-year student or Master's student in Industrial Engineering, especially with an interest or specialty in Industrial Organization.
- We will also value Business Administration (ADE) profiles with an interest in planning, operations, or process management, as well as Master's students in related fields.
- Good command of IT tools and ease in learning new platforms and systems.
- An organized, methodical, and rigorous person in information management.
- Capacity for analysis, synthesis, and clear written communication.
- Curiosity, initiative, and ease in working and relating to different profiles.
- Interest in planning, industrial processes, continuous improvement, and digitalization.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Driving license and own vehicle are essential to travel to the Carmona plant.
