Construction Site Manager

• Planning and organization:

Assist in interpreting blueprints and measurements to plan daily activities.

Collaborate in organizing and distributing tasks among personnel and work teams.

• Resource management:

Participate in managing material and service orders, as well as overseeing their reception at the warehouse.

Manage material logistics for the construction site.

Support the management of the human team, such as task distribution.

• Supervision and control of the construction site:

Supervise and control the development of tasks to ensure compliance with procedures and quality standards.

Carry out daily monitoring of construction progress and resolve any construction-related queries that arise.

Verify compliance with workplace safety regulations and the use of appropriate protective equipment.

• Economic and administrative control:

Collaborate in the economic control of construction costs and resource optimization.

Participate in preparing economic comparisons of bids.

Assist in the management and processing of official construction site documentation.

Collaborate in managing certifications and orders from suppliers.

• Coordination and communication:

Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades.

Maintain fluid communication with the rest of the team and with the technical management.

• More than 7 years of previous experience as a site manager.
