Receive, accompany, and build loyalty with customers through kindness and closeness.
Prepare coffees, matchas, and other specialties following our quality standards.
Present news, launches, and promotions to customers.
Perform the opening and/or closing of the point of sale.
Maintain control of the store inventory.
Keep the space clean, tidy, and aligned with GoodNews standards.
Replenish and place products following the brand guidelines.
Know the characteristics of the coffee, the products, and allergens for safe service.
Represent GoodNews at events, activations, or brand collaborations.
Contribute to a respectful, collaborative, and positive team culture.
