¿Qué harás?

• What will you do? As an Accountant Specialist with Dutch, you will be responsible for managing accounting activities for the assigned market, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting. Your main responsibilities will include: Managing General Ledger accounting activities and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes. Preparing and reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet accounts. Ensuring compliance with IFRS and applicable Local GAAP requirements. Supporting the preparation of financial statements and internal financial reports. Coordinating and supporting internal and external audit processes. Managing intercompany accounting and reconciliations. Identifying and resolving accounting discrepancies. Working with SAP and Excel to manage and analyze financial information. Collaborating with local and international Finance teams and other internal departments. Using Dutch and English regularly to communicate with stakeholders and support the assigned market.

¿A quién buscamos?

• Experience: 3-4 years of professional experience specifically within a Big Four firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG) or similar. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA/ACCA or equivalent certification is a strong plus. Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of IFRS is mandatory. Proficiency in local accounting standards is highly valued. Languages: Native proficiency or Advanced in Italian and English. To ensure seamless integration and communication within the SSC and local stakeholders. Systems: Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
