B2B Hotel Sales Executive

• Education and experience Education in Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields. Previous experience in the hotel or tourism sector. B2B commercial experience and business development is valued. Approximately 2 to 3 years of experience in positions related to hospitality. Technical knowledge and skills Knowledge of the business fabric of Zaragoza. Having a corporate contact portfolio is valued. Knowledge of hotel operations and handling of industry tools (PMS or other hotel applications). Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer orientation skills. Languages Native or professional level Spanish. English is valued for the management of corporate clients.

• You will be the person responsible for identifying new corporate business opportunities, developing commercial agreements with companies, and strengthening the company's presence in the local market, contributing to the growth of occupancy and hotel profitability. Your main functions will be: Prospect and capture new companies in the area to generate corporate business. Identify commercial opportunities and develop new accounts. Perform in-person visits to potential clients and companies. Negotiate corporate rates and commercial agreements. Manage proposals for accommodation, groups, and events. Maintain and build loyalty within the assigned client portfolio. Analyze the local market and detect opportunities against the competition. Drive the growth of corporate business in the Zaragoza area.
