• Agricultural Technician, Agricultural Engineer, or Agronomist.
• Between 3 and 5 years of experience in agricultural production and/or administration.
• Ideally experience in nuts, especially pistachios and/or almond trees, although this is not exclusive.
• Autonomous, committed, and decisive profile with a strong orientation toward field work.
• Availability to relocate and reside in Spain.
• Availability to live in the house located on the farm is indispensable.

At TalentBox, we are looking for a Field Manager to join a major agricultural company with an international presence, for a production project located approximately 30 minutes from Zaragoza, Spain.

🌱 The challenge

The professional will be in charge of the field management of approximately 500 hectares of pistachios and almond trees, currently in the development stage with production projected to begin in 2027.

We are looking for a full field-based profile, directly involved in the agricultural operation, with the capacity to coordinate teams and ensure compliance with the production guidelines defined by the Agricultural Management.

Main responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the agricultural tasks of the field.
• Execute and ensure compliance with production programs and guidelines.
• Coordinate and supervise personnel and the various agricultural tasks.
• Perform permanent monitoring of the status and progress of the crops.
• Maintain an active and close participation in the daily operation of the field.
