A profile with more than 5 years of experience in administration, security, and protection of database platforms, especially in critical environments, with experience in hardening, backup, Disaster Recovery, and cyber resilience.

We are looking for a Database and Backup Platform Security and Cyber Resilience Expert to join a strategic project, working on critical environments and ensuring the protection, continuity, and recovery of information.

• Define and implement security policies for DB and backup platforms.

• Design and coordinate hardening measures on Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.

• Implement cyber resilience controls and incident recovery.

• Design protection strategies against ransomware, unauthorized access, and information loss.

• Manage Backup, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity strategies.

• Supervise encryption, IAM, RBAC, credential management, and segregation of duties mechanisms.

• Manage vulnerabilities, patch application, and remediation plans.

• Participate in technical audits and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Define security standards and procedures for data platforms.

• Incorporate Security by Design and Zero Trust principles into modernization projects.

• Analyze technological risks and define mitigation plans.

• Prepare technical documentation and evidence for audits.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for security posture and resilience.
