What we're looking for

Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent training.
At least 10 years of professional experience in the telecommunications sector.
Experience and knowledge of the telecommunications OSS/BSS environment.
Experience in systems integration through APIs and distributed architectures.
Availability to work in a hybrid modality in San Fernando de Henares.
Availability to travel nationally and internationally.
Ability to obtain the Personal Security Clearance (HPS) required for the project.

Nice to have

Standards and frameworks of TM Forum: ODA, SID, and Open APIs.
Knowledge of ECSS.
Systems engineering tools and methodologies: DOORS, MBSE, Capella, and UML.
Knowledge of SATCOM, 5G, or NTN.
Upper-intermediate English, especially for understanding and working with technical documentation.

The role

We are looking for Systems Engineers specializing in telecommunications OSS/BSS to define and integrate capabilities that allow for the management of network processes, services, resources, and operations in complex and international technological environments.

The selected person will participate in the definition of requirements, modeling of processes and capabilities, systems integration, and validation of multi-domain solutions.

What you'll do

Define and model OSS/BSS capabilities related to catalog, inventory, fulfillment, assurance, and orchestration.
Specify functional and technical requirements, processes, API interfaces, and traceability mechanisms.
Participate in systems integration through APIs and distributed architectures.
Collaborate in the integration and validation of solutions in multi-domain environments.
Contribute to the definition and documentation of telecommunications systems solutions.
Work with technical documentation in English within an international environment.
