Senior SAP IS-U Billing Consultant | Group Billing Specialist

At Tecdata Engineering, we are looking for a Senior SAP IS-U Billing Consultant with experience in SAP RM (Record Management) and case management to join a project for the maintenance and evolution of SAP solutions in the utilities sector.

We are looking for a profile with experience in SAP IS-U environments, especially in billing processes (Billing), and knowledge of SAP RM, capable of providing functional and technical support, resolving incidents, and participating in the continuous improvement of applications.

What you'll do

Perform corrective maintenance, support, and evolutionary maintenance tasks for SAP applications.
Work with SAP IS-U solutions, especially in the billing (Billing) area.
Manage cases using SAP RM (Record Management).
Analyze and resolve incidents related to SAP processes and applications.
Collaborate in the identification of improvements and in the evolution of existing solutions.
Provide support to users and guarantee the correct functioning of business processes.
