The role

We are looking for 2 Project Managers / Industrial Digitalization PMOs to participate in transformation and digitalization projects of industrial processes in the naval sector.

The selected individuals will be responsible for managing projects, analyzing industrial processes, and coordinating digitalization initiatives linked to manufacturing and construction, ensuring compliance with established procedures, technical documentation, and management standards.

What you'll do

Manage and coordinate industrial process digitalization projects.
Analyze manufacturing and construction processes to identify opportunities for improvement and digitalization.
Plan and monitor projects, milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
Prepare technical documentation, procedures, and manuals.
Apply project management methodologies such as PMP, Agile, RMP, or similar.
Participate in the analysis of industrial processes and aspects related to cybersecurity.
Coordinate with technical teams and the areas involved in the project.
