Requirements

What we're looking for

Experience in the management, coordination, and monitoring of projects or workstreams in technological environments.
Experience preparing reporting for managers and monitoring KPIs.
Knowledge of dependency management, risks, planning, and blocker resolution.
Organizational capacity, autonomy, and proactivity to assume responsibilities and get started quickly.
Good communication and coordination skills with technical and business profiles.

Nice to have

Previous experience in the banking sector will be especially valued.
Knowledge of Reliability or SRE (Site Reliability Engineering).
Experience in service level management (SLA/SLO/SLI).
Knowledge or experience in vulnerability management.
Experience in projects regarding resilience, availability, and reliability of technological services.

The role

At Tecdata Engineering, we are looking for a Project Manager / PMO - Reliability & Vulnerabilities!

At Tecdata Engineering, we are looking to hire a professional to reinforce a strategic project related to Reliability and vulnerability management within a technological environment.

We are looking for a person with experience in the management and monitoring of technological projects, capable of coordinating teams, supervising the progress of different workstreams, and establishing reporting mechanisms and result measurement.

What you'll do

Monitor the different workstreams of the project, controlling progress, dependencies, risks, and possible blockers.
Coordinate and follow up with the various teams involved to ensure compliance with deadlines and objectives.
Prepare, update, and maintain monitoring reports and project status reporting.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service levels.
Participate in defining the team's Reliability capabilities, establishing which activities are performed, how they are organized, and how they are measured.
Maintain fluid communication with technical teams, project managers, and business areas.
