The role

QA Automation Engineer (Backend)

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer specialized in Backend to join a high-impact technological project, working closely with development teams and the end client to guarantee software quality through test automation.

The selected person will participate in the design, development, and execution of automated tests in backend environments, providing a vision oriented towards continuous improvement and technical excellence.

What you'll do

Design and development of automated tests focused on backend services.
Execution and maintenance of automation suites.
Collaboration with development teams to ensure software quality from early stages.
Participation in the definition of testing strategies and best practices.
Direct interaction with the client for monitoring and resolution of quality-related incidents.
Preparation of documentation and reporting of test results.

📍 Location: Madrid or Bilbao (preferably)
Modality: Hybrid (20% on-site in Madrid). We will value a 100% remote modality for highly qualified profiles.
