What we're looking for

Experience in the analysis, design, and execution of test plans.
Proficiency with test management tools: Azure Test Plans, Xray, TestRail, or similar.
Mastery of functional, exploratory, and regression testing.
Knowledge of SQL and databases to validate data integrity.
Ability to document test cases, results, and incidents in a structured manner.
Good communication skills and teamwork.

Nice to have

Test automation with Selenium.
Integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Performance testing with JMeter.
API testing with Postman or SoapUI.
Fluent English.
ISTQB Certification.
Experience leading teams.
