Plan, organize, and supervise the preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of machinery, production facilities, infrastructure, and general services.

Manage the area budget, controlling costs for spare parts, external services, and technical improvements.

Integrate occupational risk prevention into the planning and execution of maintenance activities.
Identify, evaluate, and control risks associated with machines, facilities, and special tasks, including LOTO, hot work, confined spaces, and electrical risks.
Coordinate and lead the maintenance team, ensuring efficient and safe task assignment.
Drive the technical development of the team and compliance with regulations in OHS, industrial safety, and the environment.
