🛠️ ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years of experience in SAP HCM.

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Fiori implementations.

• Experience in at least 3 full SAP ESS/MSS implementations.

• Experience in organizations with more than 5,000 employees.

• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA.

• Solid experience with:

  • SAP Fiori Launchpad

  • SAPUI5

  • SAP Gateway

  • OData Services

  • PFCG / SAP Authorization

  • SAP Web Dispatcher

  • IAS / IPS

• Functional knowledge of:

We are looking to hire an SAP Fiori ESS/MSS Functional & Technical Consultant to participate in an international SAP S/4HANA HCM project, leading the design, implementation, and deployment of Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) solutions.

🎯 MISSION

You will be responsible for the full implementation cycle of SAP Fiori ESS/MSS, from requirements analysis and solution design to configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

You will work directly with HR, IT, Security, Basis, and Infrastructure teams, ensuring a scalable, secure Fiori solution oriented toward the employee experience.

🧩 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze business requirements and design ESS/MSS solutions aligned with HR processes.

• Define the SAP Fiori architecture for high-volume user environments.

• Evaluate standard Fiori applications against custom development needs.

• Work with Employee Self-Service and Manager Self-Service processes.

• Participate in processes such as Leave Request & Approval, Team Calendar, and Manager Approvals.

• Configure and administer SAP Fiori Launchpad.

• Activate and deploy standard Fiori applications.

• Configure SAP Gateway and OData services.

• Coordinate custom developments in SAPUI5.

• Design and configure catalogs, groups, spaces, and pages.

• Define transport strategy and application lifecycle.

• Design authorization models using PFCG, roles, catalogs, and authorization objects.

• Work with SoD, SSO, and Identity Management concepts.

• Integrate Fiori with S/4HANA HCM, Payroll, and Time Management.

• Coordinate integrations with IAS/IPS and Active Directory/Azure AD.

• Collaborate with SAP Basis and Infrastructure teams.

• Prepare functional specifications, test plans, and documentation.

• Participate in SIT, UAT, and performance testing.

• Provide support during deployment, go-live, and hypercare phase.

• Conduct workshops with stakeholders and collaborate on change management and adoption initiatives.

• Develop training materials and user guides.
