Senior Analytics Consultant / Analytics Lead

• More than 8 years of experience in Analytics or Business Intelligence projects.

• Advanced level of SQL (a technical test will be conducted).

• Experience working as a bridge between business and analytical teams, transforming functional needs into technical solutions.

• Experience developing dashboards with Power BI.

• Ability to coordinate teams and manage client relationships.

• Excellent communication skills and business orientation.

• Experience with SAS and SAS Macro.

• Knowledge of ETL processes and OLAP environments.

• Experience in subscription sectors such as Utilities, Insurance, Telecommunications, or Media.

• Knowledge of Machine Learning using Python or R.

• Experience with predictive models, clustering, decision trees, NLP, and Gradient Boosting.

• Knowledge of Big Data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, and NoSQL databases.

• Coordinate a team of analysts and act as the main interlocutor with the client.

• Translate business needs into analytical solutions and processes implemented in the systems.

• Design, develop, and maintain business dashboards and reports using Power BI.

• Perform ad-hoc data extractions and analysis for different business areas.

• Develop complex queries and optimize processes using SQL.

• Collaborate with business and analytics teams to identify improvement opportunities and provide value through data.

• Participate in the evolution of analytical models, indicators, and reporting processes.

• Guarantee the quality, consistency, and availability of information for decision-making.
