The role
What will you do?
As a Senior Process & Analytics Specialist, you will be the bridge between technical and business teams. You will analyze processes, build advanced data models, and create dashboards that drive data-driven decision-making.
What you'll do
Main responsibilities:
- Analyze workflows and operational processes
- Design and develop advanced dashboards in Power BI
- Create complex measures and calculations with DAX
- Integrate multiple data sources for real-time reporting
- Build predictive models with Python or R
- Apply data quality principles and support AI-driven analytical capabilities
- Translate technical findings into clear business recommendations
- Continuously optimize processes through data
