Software Engineer – Agentic AI & Data

✅ Solid experience in Backend / Cloud and production systems.
✅ Python + FastAPI or equivalent frameworks.
✅ Experience with AWS, EKS/Kubernetes, IAM, networking, and observability.
✅ AWS Bedrock or equivalent LLM platforms.
✅ LangGraph / LangChain / AWS AgentCore or similar frameworks.
✅ Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
✅ Agent evaluation: LLM-as-a-Judge, adversarial evaluation, automated red-teaming.
✅ Event-driven / streaming architectures.
✅ Observability: logging, distributed tracing, and monitoring.
✅ Docker, Git, CI/CD, and Terraform or equivalent tools.
✅ Knowledge of SOLID, Clean Code, and design patterns.

Software Engineer - Agentic AI & Data!

Are you a Software Engineer with solid experience in Backend, Cloud, and AWS and are you passionate about the evolution of Agentic AI?

At Accenture, we are looking for a Software Engineer to join the AI & Data area and contribute to building the engineering foundation necessary to bring agentic AI systems to productive, scalable, reliable, and observable environments.

• Design and develop agentic AI systems, including orchestration, evaluation, and infrastructure.

• Implement workflows with LangGraph, AWS AgentCore, and LangChain.

• Develop APIs and backend services for complex AI workflows.

• Work with human-in-the-loop patterns, asynchronous execution, and multi-agent systems.

• Implement metrics, evaluation, monitoring, and observability for agents.

• Operate Agentic AI workloads in AWS EKS, Bedrock, and AgentCore.

• Design and implement MCP servers and integrate existing servers.

• Develop semantic layers and data access components for agents and RAG systems.

• Work alongside research teams to translate new agentic AI patterns into product features.

A person with a product mindset, architectural judgment, engineering rigor, and true curiosity about the evolution of agentic AI.

The challenge will be to ensure that agent-based systems are truly reliable, secure, observable, and efficient in production, taking into account aspects such as non-determinism, latency, costs, and failure management.
