What you'll get

Permanent contract.

The role

As a Software Engineer (AI & Agents) in Madrid, you will develop software and AI solutions to build product.

Tech startup with its own AI-based product.
Role with a high level of ownership.

What you'll do

Build LLM, RAG, and agentic-based AI applications ready for production use.
Develop the logic that allows agents to understand context, act on tools, and solve complex tasks.
Design autonomous agents, advanced automations, and AI-driven experiences for real-world use cases.
Integrate new artificial intelligence capabilities within a technological product with direct impact on users.
Take responsibility for technical decisions and participate actively in the evolution of the platform.
Experiment quickly, learn from results, and transform ideas into value-adding features.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Experience developing with Python.
Hands-on experience with LLMs and RAG.
Knowledge of LangGraph, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
Builder mindset and product orientation.
Genuine interest, curiosity, and motivation for the AI ecosystem.
