We are looking for an IAM N1 Technician to join the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team, participating in the daily operation of identity and access management platforms (IAM/IGA).

The selected person will be responsible for user administration, permission management, authentication incident resolution, and support for identity platforms, ensuring the correct functioning of access and security processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with initial experience in IAM, Service Desk, or Systems Administration who want to develop themselves in the field of cybersecurity and digital identity.

🎯 Duties

• Management of user onboarding, offboarding, and modifications.

• Assignment and revocation of access and permissions.

• Administration of internal and external accounts.

• Resolution of incidents related to authentication and access.

• User support in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) processes.

• Functional support for Single Sign-On (SSO) platforms.

• Execution of certification campaigns and access reviews.

• Monitoring and control of orphaned accounts.

• Management of incidents and requests via Jira.

• Documentation of operating procedures and incident resolution.

• Escalation of incidents to the N2 team when necessary.

• Collaboration with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams.
