The role
We are looking for a consultant with experience in Identity (IAM/IGA/PAM) to drive end-to-end access governance and control projects. You will collaborate with technical and business teams to design, implement, and optimize solutions that ensure secure access and regulatory compliance for our clients.
What you'll do
- Design and implementation of IAM/IGA/PAM solutions on at least one of these platforms: SailPoint, Saviynt, or One Identity Manager, including connector configuration, workflows, and provisioning/deprovisioning rules.
- Identity and access governance: role definition (RBAC/ABAC), SoD (segregation of duties) policies, certification/recertification campaigns, and identity lifecycle process (joiner/mover/leaver).
- Authentication and authorization: integration with SSO/MFA and standards (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC), as well as with directories (AD, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP).
- Functional and technical analysis with attention to detail: requirements gathering, use case modeling, testing, and documentation (HLD/LLD, operational manuals, runbooks).
- Client management: stakeholder communication, tracking of milestones, risks, and dependencies; support for presentations and training sessions.
- Continuous improvement: task automation and security and compliance best practices (e.g., support for audits and evidence).
