What we're looking for
EDUCATION:
• Final-year STEM degree student or currently undertaking a Bachelor's/Master's thesis, Master's, or related postgraduate studies.
• Specific training in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Generative AI.
• Clear interest in the development of AI solutions applied to business environments.
• Technical English; minimum B2
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
• Python and solid programming fundamentals.
• Git and basic software development best practices.
• REST APIs, data processing, and basic cloud concepts.
• Knowledge of Azure, Microsoft Foundry, and/or Google AI platforms will be valued.
GENERATIVE AI AND AGENTS
• Practical knowledge of LLMs, prompting, and model API consumption.
• Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, tool/function calling, and AI agents.
• Interest in multi-agent systems, MCP, memory, and agentic workflows.
• Ability to experiment, evaluate results, and document learnings.
DEVELOPMENT AND DEVOPS
• Basic knowledge of testing, debugging, and project structuring.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, or automation will be valued.
• Ability to work with technical documentation and learn new frameworks quickly.
• Orientation toward building reproducible, maintainable solutions and not just demos.
