• Review and issue comments on Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), testing procedures (hydrostatic, functional, performance, FAT, etc.), and sub-orders issued by suppliers. • Attend and, when necessary, lead Pre-Inspection Meetings (PIM). • Review and approve material certificates. • Verify the calibration status of inspection, measurement, and testing equipment. • Inspect and supervise the implementation of the ITP during the fabrication and pre-assembly stages. • Issue inspection reports. • Identify and define corrective actions together with suppliers when deficiencies or non-conformities are detected. • Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) when appropriate. • Prepare and perform final inspections. • Review and verify the quality dossier prepared by the supplier. • Accept or reject manufactured supplies by issuing acceptance certificates, dispatch authorizations, or the corresponding non-conformance reports.
