The role

What you'll do

Define the construction strategy.
Coordinate all resources and disciplines.
Integrate construction with engineering.
Launch subcontracting.
Prevent risks before execution.
Prepare the transition to the site.
Drive design improvements, lessons learned, and efficient solutions (modularization, prefabrication).
Contractual and stakeholder management: ability to interpret contracts, interact with the client, and participate in key project milestones.
Supervise construction from HO and support the initial phases of the site.

Requirements

Technical degree: Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in Industrial Construction (EPC): processes, disciplines, and construction sequence.
Constructability: construction methods and execution optimization.
Technical documentation: IFC drawings, MTO, BOQ.
Costs: budget control and economic evaluation.
Subcontracting: tendering and award processes.
EPC Interfaces: coordination between engineering, procurement, and construction.
Technical software: AutoCAD / Navisworks / BIM (depending on the project).
Regulations: HSE, quality, and construction procedures.
