AI & Automation Solutions Architect

Essential requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in technology, solution architecture, cloud, data, automation, or Artificial Intelligence.
• Demonstrable experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Cloud Architect, or equivalent role.
• Solid and demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio, including integration with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and APIs.
• Experience designing enterprise automation, AI, or GenAI solutions.
• Knowledge of agent architectures, RAG, LLMs, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Relevant experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and the ability to design solutions on Google cloud services.
• Knowledge of cloud architectures, identity, security, and enterprise patterns.
• Ability to develop Solution Designs, HLDs, and conceptual architectures and defend the decisions made.
• Ability to evaluate technological alternatives by feasibility, complexity, scalability, and cost.
• Experience working directly with clients and translating business requirements into technical decisions.
• Professional Spanish and English.

Will be valued

• Experience in Financial Services, especially banking, Corporate & Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Finance, Risk, Lending, GTB, or Regulatory.
• Sufficient functional knowledge of financial products and processes to engage with the business and quickly understand use cases.
• Experience combining Microsoft and Google Cloud within enterprise architectures.
• Experience with Vertex AI, Gemini, BigQuery, or other relevant Google Cloud services.

About the job

We are looking for a senior Solution Architect specializing in AI, Automation, and Cloud, with the ability to design end-to-end technological solutions and convert business needs into viable, scalable, and implementation-ready architectures.

The profile must combine solid and mandatory knowledge of the Microsoft automation and AI ecosystem—especially Power Platform, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio—with experience in Cloud architectures and Artificial Intelligence. We also seek real experience or solid knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to design solutions that combine Microsoft capabilities with cloud, data, integration, and AI services.

The role will be especially oriented toward transformation projects in Financial Services, so previous experience in banking, Corporate & Investment Banking, markets, risk, finance, or financial operations will be highly valued. We are not looking solely for conceptual architecture: we need someone capable of participating from technical discovery and the evaluation of alternatives to Solution Design, prototyping, and implementation support.

What you will do on a day-to-day basis

• Design end-to-end solution architectures, translating functional and business needs into specific components, integrations, flows, data, and technological decisions.
• Evaluate the technical feasibility of AI, GenAI, agents, and automation initiatives, identifying dependencies, constraints, risks, and implementation effort.
• Design solutions using the Microsoft automation and AI stack: Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, and related capabilities.
• Define when to reuse existing capabilities, when to configure or extend corporate solutions, and when to develop specific components.
• Design architectures that integrate Google Cloud Platform, especially for processing, data, AI, APIs, and integration with corporate systems.
• Design GenAI, RAG, and agentic architectures, including knowledge sources, models, orchestration, APIs, security, and observability.
• Develop conceptual architectures, HLDs, component and integration diagrams, and reusable patterns.
• Work directly with the business and functional teams to convert processes and opportunities into technologically realistic solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams and specialists to take designs to prototypes, MVPs, or production solutions.
• Participate in client workshops, technical design sessions, and the presentation of alternatives to technical and business stakeholders.
• Estimate technical complexity and effort and contribute to defining implementation roadmaps.
• Incorporate security, data, integration, governance, scalability, maintainability, and cost criteria from the design stage.

• Architectural judgment to decide between reusing, configuring, extending, or developing and to justify the decision.
