About the role

We are looking for a Spanish Sign Language (LSE) Interpreter to provide simultaneous interpretation via video call between clients who use sign language and store technicians at a well-known international technology company.

Your role will be key to ensuring smooth, accessible, and professional communication between both parties.

Interpretation will take place in three-way video calls, where you will act as the communication bridge between the agent (Spanish speaker) and the client (LSE user). You will receive specific training in the terminology you need to ensure accurate, high-quality interpretation.

What you'll do

  • Provide simultaneous interpretation between spoken Spanish and Spanish Sign Language (LSE) in video calls
  • Facilitate communication between store technicians and clients who use LSE

Requirements

  • Official qualification as a Spanish Sign Language Interpreter
  • Demonstrable prior experience as an LSE interpreter (profiles without experience or students without proven practice will not be considered)
  • Native Spanish speaker
  • B1/B2 English level to use internal systems and follow training documentation (no interaction with clients in English required)
  • Ability to work autonomously and professionally in a 100% remote environment
  • Excellent communication, linguistic accuracy, and interpersonal skills
