Commercial Teleoperator (Chinese)

• PERMANENT CONTRACT of 30h/week and salary according to the Contact Center collective agreement: €1,098 gross/month + language bonus.
• Work schedule from Monday to Sunday, with 2 weekends off per month. When working on weekends, 2 days off are granted during the week.
• Teleworking (1 week per month and the weekends worked)
• 10 days of paid training.
• The working time band is between 10:00 and 19:00. Within this band, shifts of 6 hours are worked (e.g., 10:00-16:00, 11:00-17:00, 12:00-18:00, or 13:00-19:00).

• Secondary education (ESO or high school diploma)
• REQUIRED Spanish and Chinese: C2 level
• Previous sales experience, with a focus on results and motivation to exceed objectives.
• Ability to identify client opportunities and needs, thanks to a solid understanding of the commercial process.
• Ability to manage clients with professionalism and empathy, seeking the appropriate solution for the client.
• Good oral and written communication skills, with a professional attitude.
• Skill in computer handling and keyboard agility.

This position provides service to current clients in the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés/Catering) to supply them with the necessary products through order management received by email and phone (outgoing and incoming calls). Additionally, cross-selling of other products is carried out. You must provide quality and excellent service on every call. Service is provided in Spanish and Chinese.

You will be the point of contact between the client and their points of sale, using commercial interactions to achieve objectives, effective negotiations, and the correct allocation of resources (discounts), aligned with the commercial strategy and agreed service levels.

• Contact 100% of the assigned points of sale daily.
• Manage client orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Increase investment at the point of sale using available resources (discounts, promotions) and negotiation skills.
• Facilitate all possible feedback regarding incidents, business opportunities against the competition, and client requests.
• Handle client inquiries and concerns through telephone and email channels.
• Diagnose and resolve client issues promptly to improve their satisfaction.
• Management of databases, tools, applications, etc.
