What you'll do

The Sales Acquisition Specialist is a key member of the sales team, responsible for driving new business acquisition and expanding the professional host network for a leading travel and hospitality platform. In this dynamic role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective hosts and partners, leveraging your sales skills, relationship-building expertise, and product knowledge to champion the benefits of joining a thriving marketplace.

  • Identify and engage new hosts in priority locations, focusing both on individuals and professionals.
  • Utilize multi-channel outreach (emails and phone) to educate prospects on the platform's value, market trends, and industry best practices.
  • Establish rapport and build trust with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Deliver consultative sales pitches and tailored solutions to prospective hosts, guiding them through the onboarding process.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other internal tools to manage leads, track progress, and optimize client workflows.
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding individual outreach goals and acquisition KPIs.
  • Manage a pipeline of high-value leads, ensuring consistent progress towards growth goals.
  • Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations based on market feedback and client interactions.
  • Actively champion the Voice of the Customer (VoC) to identify opportunities for account growth and product/process improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with territory sales teams, program managers, and internal stakeholders to achieve team and company goals by refining best practices and delivering outstanding results.
  • Stay current on industry trends and leverage new tools to maximize client success.
  • Engage actively in ongoing training, personal development, and knowledge sharing.
