Availability for morning and/or afternoon shifts, M - F.

The role

At Temporing, we are selecting a Production Quality Assistant to join a prominent company in the Food sector located in the Mutxamel area.

What you'll do

Perform visual, physical, and dimensional control of products directly during the different phases of the production line.
Periodically verify that machinery variables (temperature, speed, pressure, etc.) remain within the authorized ranges.
Inspect and validate raw materials and packaging materials before their entry into the production process.
Identify, segregate, and label defective products or batches, stopping or reporting the line when necessary to avoid waste.
Collect samples for laboratory analysis or rapid testing, using specific measurement tools for the sector.
Rigorously record the data obtained in control sheets, inspection logs, and the company's quality systems.
Supervise compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), plant order, and the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Immediately report any deviation to the production supervisor and the quality manager for the application of corrective actions.
