Labor Consultant

We are looking for a Labor Consultant who will join the hiring center of our Pamplona office.

Join us and help us transform the future of Human Resources.

•  Management of the hiring process, registrations, terminations, accident management, sick leave, paid leave, vacation control, absenteeism control, among others, for the offices under their responsibility.

•  Monthly closing of the assigned office (requesting reports, recording attendance, invoicing, payroll, and resolving incidents).

• Support in the occupational risk prevention area, management of business activity coordination platforms (CAE), control of workplace accidents, and training on preventive matters.

• Training in Administration, Labor Relations, or similar fields.

•  Knowledge of the Office suite.

• Knowledge of the RED System, CAEs, Siltra, Contra@, and Certific@2.

• Knowledge of NET4 is a plus.

• We offer a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Contract: 6 months + 6 months, then permanent.

Buscamos un Consultor/a Laboral que se integrará en el centro de contratación de nuestra delegación de Pamplona.

•  Gestión del proceso de contratación, altas, bajas, gestión accidentes, IT´S, permisos retribuidos, control vacaciones, control absentismo, entre otras de las delegaciones a su cargo.

•  Cierre mensual de delegación asignada (solicitud de partes, grabación de presencias, facturación, nóminas y resolución de incidencias).

• Apoyo en el área de prevención de riesgos laborales, control plataformas coordinación actividades empresariales (CAE) , control accidentes de trabajo, formaciones en materia preventiva).

• Formación de Administración, Relaciones Laborales o similar .

•  Conocimientos del paquete Office.

• Conocimientos del Sistema RED, CAEs, Siltra, Contra@ y Certific@2.

• Valorable conocimientos de NET4.
