Preventive Maintenance: periodic inspections, cleaning, lubrication and replacement of worn parts to avoid unexpected breakdowns.
Corrective Maintenance: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic breakdowns of the machinery.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics to guide repairs and assembly.
Assembly and Commissioning: Install new equipment, calibrate operating parameters (such as speed or vibration), and perform start-up tests.
Automation and Control: Inspect and adjust components such as programmable logic controllers, control panels, motors, and sensors.
Management and Reporting: Filling out work reports, documenting incidents, and writing technical reports on the interventions carried out.
