Requirements

What we're looking for

Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training related to plumbing, installations, and maintenance.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing and maintenance work.
Knowledge of cold and hot water installations, sanitation, and fault repair.
Availability to work rotating shifts.

The role

At Temporing, we are selecting a Maintenance Technician - Plumbing Specialty for extra shifts in important hotels located in Madrid.

What you'll do

Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in hotel rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
Perform repairs on plumbing installations: taps, cisterns, toilets, showers, pipes, and drains.
Detect and repair water leaks, clogs, dampness, and faults in the installations.
Perform replacement and repair work on plumbing elements.
Guarantee the correct functioning of the hotel's installations and equipment.
Comply with safety regulations and occupational risk prevention.
