We need to hire an AUXILIARY TRAFFIC MANAGER for an important courier company located in Montcada i Reixac.
What you'll do
- Assignment and coordination of daily pickups for couriers and delivery drivers.
- Planning, monitoring, and closing of delivery routes, guaranteeing the fulfillment of scheduled services.
- Support to the Traffic Manager in the supervision of daily operations and resolution of incidents.
- Coordination with drivers and monitoring of shipment and delivery status.
- Telephone assistance and management of customer inquiries and incidents.
- Email management and administrative support to the traffic department.
- Updating and monitoring of operational information in the management systems.
How you'll work
- Permanent contract directly with the company (professional stability)
- Working day: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00h - 13:00h and from 14:00h to 16:00h
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the transport, distribution, or courier sector.
