We are looking for a Traffic Manager to join a leading company specialized in lifting services and mobile cranes on a permanent basis.

What will you do? - Coordinate and supervise the daily planning of mobile cranes, heavy vehicles, and lifting equipment.

- Assign and control fleet, routes, and human resources to ensure daily operations.

- Coordinate with site managers, operators, and clients to optimize time, resources, and equipment.

- Manage daily reports, control machine hours, and mileage.

- Resolve operational issues and unforeseen events, providing quick and efficient solutions.

- Support the logistics technician and monitor ongoing work.

- Supervise compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures.

- Manage, coordinate, and monitor the team under your charge.

- Organize available resources to ensure profitability and quality of service.

- Handle client attention and follow-up, ensuring a swift response to any operational need.
