Knowledge of transport regulations and driving and rest times.
Proficiency with computer tools and ERP/TMS systems.

Salary: €35,000-€36,000 gross per year, depending on demonstrable experience.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

We are looking to bring on a Traffic Manager at a solid, growing company in the transport and logistics sector located in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda.
The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising daily transport operations, ensuring efficient management of available resources and compliance with established service levels.
If you have experience in managing and coordinating transport operations, leading teams, and you are a resourceful and organized person, do not hesitate to apply!
What you'll do
Direct management and supervision of a team of 8-10 people, organizing their duties, priorities, and operational needs.
Management and resolution of operational incidents: delays, breakdowns, rejections, loading or unloading issues, temperature incidents, etc.
Management of hiring and coordination of subcontracted transport when necessary.
Supervision of the availability and proper use of vehicles and transport resources.
Monitoring of key activity indicators and proposal of improvement measures.
Participation in the continuous improvement of transport planning and management processes.
Ensure compliance with established quality standards and service levels.
