About the role

We are looking for a QUALITY MANAGER for an important perfume and cosmetic products company, located in Polinyà.

What you'll do

  • Ensure GMP compliance — Oversee that quality procedures and standards are correctly applied.
  • Team training — Train and coordinate staff in online and incoming quality controls.
  • Incoming goods control — Review raw materials and products according to internal procedures.
  • Sampling coordination — Organize sampling with other departments without affecting production.
  • Incident and waste management — Report deviations and communicate waste to clients or those responsible.
  • Plant supervision — Monitor order, cleanliness, and compliance with quality standards.
  • KPI and sample library management — Update indicators and manage sample inventory.
  • In-process quality control — Verify quality during and after handling or production.
  • Non-conformity management — Propose and analyze corrective actions.
  • Environmental control — Oversee waste, segregation, and compliance with environmental instructions.

What you'll get

- Contract: Temporary + Possible permanent hire.

- Salary: €9.95 gross/hour.
