The position begins as sick leave cover, but the possibility of joining the permanent staff is high, meaning it could become a permanent position after an evaluation period.

As a Cook in this residence, your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Preparation of daily and special menus, ensuring the quality, flavor, and presentation of the dishes.
• Management of raw materials, including reception, storage, inventory, and stock control to minimize waste.
• Strict compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP), maintaining the kitchen and utensils in perfect cleanliness conditions.
• Collaboration with the kitchen team and other departments of the residence to guarantee efficient, high-quality service.
• Adaptation to the specific dietary needs of the residents, preparing suitable dishes for different health conditions or requirements.
• Maintenance of an orderly, safe, and professional working environment.
• Participation in menu planning, taking into account the seasonality of products and the preferences of the residents.

• Experience: At least 1 year of demonstrable experience in similar positions, preferably in RESIDENTIAL COOKING or collective catering environments.
• Education: Vocational training in Cooking, Hospitality, or similar will be valued. [Specify if any specific degree is required]
• Knowledge: Solid knowledge of culinary techniques, food handling, and food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
• Skills: Ability to work under pressure, organization, proactivity, and attention to detail.
